- Architectural Design-Build Services: all exterior hardscape, landscape, bio-habitat lakes, extensive engineered underground drainage system, fountain features, security fencing, 16-acres fully sodded designing individual casitas for the different family members that occupy the homestead year round, gardens with rare artwork, lakes to accommodate sufficient irrigation on 16-acre site.
- Project Included: one of the most difficult drainage installations worked to date, home set 86 inches above initial entry, extensive earthwork, home built in the flood plain, first installation of a presidential helipad, all communication was generally third party as the Owner was living between Washington DC and New York, and massive structural retaining walls.
- Additional challenges: Preserve the majestic pecan trees that have been on the property for decades, complete the project for dedication involving a Who’s Who’s List including Bill and Hillary Clinton.
